The first stage of our application process is for you to complete an online application form, which enables us to capture information about your motivation, skills and strengths. Once we have reviewed this, we will respond to you to let you know whether your application is being progressed to the next stage.

On successful review of your online application form, you will be invited to complete a video interview, which is a great way for us to get to know you better! It's not a live interview, instead we have pre-recorded the questions so that you can answer them at a time that's convenient to you, from your tablet, laptop or smart phone. Our third stage is a virtual / online recruitment day, if you are invited to attend, we will require you to complete a variety of exercises on the day, whilst giving you the opportunity to meet people form our business and ask questions about our Early Talent programme. We will support you with all of the preparation needed for the online recruitment day and let you know exactly what’s going to be included nearer the time.
