We recruit based on values – However, for this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 EAT qualification and be clinically trained or have some knowledge in the clinical area, or willingness to learn.

  • As a valuable member of our team, a Training Coordinator will require to be a hands-on person to facilitate the training.
  • As a Training Coordinator, you will be someone who can relate to the residents as well as the staff.
  • Being a Training Coordinator involves overseeing the induction process of new starters and monitoring their induction process.
  • A Training Coordinator will be expected to create new content and keep all training updated in line with regulations.
  • It is important for a Training Coordinator to have face to face training experience.
  • A Training Coordinator is expected to be positive, to influence and lead learners through the training programme.
  • As a Training Coordinator, you will be expected to liaise with both internal and external professionals, to coordinate internal and external training programmes.
