Pay Rate/Salary: £13.37 per hour / £26,068 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join our EBD service in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our team and service with plenty of benefits for the right person, could that be you?

As part of your role, your duties will include:

  • Supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the three households that make up the service.
  • Promoting good practice in line with the CQC fundamental standards.
  • Managing and supporting staff teams, allocating resources effectively and ensuring compliance with any local authority contractual arrangements.
  • Conducting reviews and care plans, supporting senior staff members and completing supervisions.

To be considered for the role, you will need to:

  • Demonstrate experience of working within residential or community care setting supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Demonstrate experience of managing or supervising team members.
  • Hold a L3 QCF in Adult Social Care, and we will support you to achieve your L4 qualification in Leadership & Management / Positive Behaviour Support. 
  • Hold a full manual driving licence in order to drive our vehicles.
  • Be able to engage, listen and communicate in a variety of ways and demonstrate emotional resilience.
