Job Title: Specialist Support Worker
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate/Salary: £9.93 per hour / £19,354 per annum

As part of your role, your duties will include:
- Enable the people we support with complex learning disabilities, and/or an autism spectrum condition, to lead an independent life.
- Providing high-quality person-centred care, tailored to the needs of each individual, based on their lifestyle.
- Working alongside our existing team, offering a diverse range of exciting and varied activities – bring your hobbies to work!
- Supporting with day to day living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, cooking and cleaning, and accessing community-based services.

To be considered for the role, you will need to:
