Job Title: Learning Support Worker
Hours: 22 hours per week (Term time 37 weeks)
Pay Rate/Salary: £8,854.79 (pro rata rate applied)
Location: Bolton

As part of your role, your duties will include:

  • Supporting individuals aged 16 – 26 years with complex needs and learning disabilities to access education.
  • Contributing to and maintaining detailed and accurate student records.
  • Working to specific student guidelines as set out in individual Risk Assessments.
  • Ensuring individual support needs are met as directed by the Education and Health Care Plan and Access Arrangements.

To be considered for the role, you will need to:

  • Hold a Level 2 or 3 QCF in Health & Social Care – Children or Adults, or willingness to work towards.
  • Possess good communication, and organisational skills.
  • Be able to engage, listen and communicate in a variety of ways and demonstrate emotional resilience.
  • Always reflect our values of being positive, professional, passionate and supportive.
  • Driving licence preferable but not essential (please note if successful you will be required to attend training at our head office in Cheadle, Manchester)
