We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join our EBD service in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our team and service with plenty of benefits for the right person, could that be you?

As part of your role, your duties will include:

  • Managing the residential care team and having responsibility for the residential home, ensuring a high-quality service
  • Developing a style of leadership and organisational culture to ensure open and participatory management and practice
  • Identifying opportunities to develop and implement working partnerships with agencies
  • Taking responsibility for the development and motivation of the staff team to enhance performance

To be considered for the role, you will need to:

  • Be 22 years of age or older due to the nature of our services
  • Hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Managerial capacity within a Children’s home
  • Hold a L5 QCF (Leadership & Management) or equivalent
  • Demonstrate considerable experience of working with challenging behaviour
  • Be a strong leader who is passionate about delivering an outstanding service and fostering a positive working environment
  • A strong understanding of a Children’s Home operation, quality standards, and Ofsted inspection knowledge.
