Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate/Salary: £26,068 per annum

Right now we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our new EBD service. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to support in building their new team and service with us.

As part of your role, your duties will include:

  • Supporting the Manager and deputising in their absence, taking responsibility for the management of the home and staffing team
  • Supporting the development of a style of leadership and organisational culture to ensure open and participatory management and practice
  • Establishing an enabling culture, and effectively managing a home which enables children and young people to achieve optimal outcomes in a safe and secure environment
  • Implementing practices which foster positive working relationships with all stakeholders and local communities
