Children's Home Administrator 

Hours: 15-37.5 hours per week Full time & Part time available 

Pay Rate/Salary: £9.93 per hour
Location: Stockport

Full time to work at multiple; locations in the Stockport area or 15 hours within 1 one home

As part of your role, your duties will include:

  • Maintaining administrative systems which ensure that the records of the young people in residence are accurate and up to date.
  • Acting as an interface between the home and outside organisations and individuals.
  • Recording all internal and external communications, including telephone calls, letters, messages and emails.
  • Keeping accurate financial records and manage petty cash.
  • Undertaking routine office work, including word processing and taking accurate and concise minutes of meetings.

To be considered for the role, you will need to:

  • Be 22 years of age or older due to the nature of our services.
  • Demonstrate good administration skills and ability use Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of written and oral English.
