The Role

We are looking for experienced Bartenders to provide high quality beverage services and occasional food services across the Morden College sites in Blackheath and Beckenham with a focus on the social clubs and events.

• As a Bartender your key duties will be to provide exceptional services in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
• To ensure that drinks and food are served according to the standards required by Morden College.
• To ensure that all payments are processed correctly.
• To make sure that stock is regularly replenished and accounted for.

• Good communication skills with a good command of the English language.
• Able to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Team player.
• Reliable.
• Customer focused, and flexible to meet varying customer requirements.

• Able to work unsupervised.
