About Us

At Bristol Support Service we support  up to ten individuals with various disabilities including visual impairment, autism, mental health and learning disabilities to live, love, thrive and belong!

A big part of your role as a support worker will be supporting people to do activities they like and take part in new activities these may include:

Swimming, photography, public speaking, sailing

People are encouraged to expand their capabilities and explore and develop links within the local community.

As part of your role, your duties will include:

  • Building positive relationships with the people we support and their families.
  • Working alongside our existing team, offering a diverse range of exciting and varied activities.
  • Supporting with day to day living tasks such as housekeeping, cooking, cleaning and personal care.
  • Completing paperwork, incident reports and handovers between staff.
