Marie Louise Care Home is part of Health Care Management Trust a registered Charity that operates several independent planned surgical care hospitals as well as care of the older person homes.  Marie Louise Care Home combines nursing and residential living with 24-hour expert care and support for individuals with complex health conditions, dementia, or palliative care needs. FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

  • As a valuable member of our team, a Senior Care Worker should be a visible leader, coordinating and organising daily duties, leading your shift to ensure that care is responsive to the needs of each resident.
  • Senior Care Workers provide person centred care and support to our residents with compassion and empathy.
  • As a Senior Care worker, you will be assisting with the delivery of the care team’s activity that is tailored and meaningful that focuses on maximising wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
  • Being a Senior Care Worker involves taking personal responsibility to act on feedback from staff and service users, their families and carers.
