Job Title: Health and Wellbeing Visitor
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,176.60 per annum
Location: Blackheath

The Role
This role supports Morden College Beneficiaries to live independent and fulfilling lives within our communities.
You will spend your time visiting and communicating with our residents to promote their health and welfare, signposting them to internal and external agencies to maximise their wellbeing.
This role will be primarily based at our site in Blackheath but may be required to provide support at Beckenham.
