Job Title: Complex Healthcare Assistant – Waking Nights
Location: Uckfield, Sussex (Driver Preferred due to location)
Pay Rate: £15.20 per hour
Hours: Zero Hour Contract (Complex Care Package) – 8:30pm-8:30am (Ideal working days Tuesday, Saturdays (earlier start time and finish time of 7:45pm - 7:45am)  - can consider alternate Saturdays + 1 other day- flexibility required)

We're looking for a compassionate and interactive Complex Care Assistant to support a young gentleman with complex care needs. Although non-verbal, our client is sociable, enjoys connecting with others, and has a love for music, films, drives, scenic walks, and cinema outings. They thrive on companionship and meaningful interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 months of experience in complex care
• Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach
• A passion for person-centred care and making a difference

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care and comfort throughout the night
• Administer medication
• Manage gastrostomy care and feeds
• Monitor and respond to dystonia symptoms
• Assist with mobility using a hoist
• Keep detailed care documentation.
