About the Service:

St. Anne’s Apartments, based in Hove, offers extra care supported living for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Established in 2014, with a second site opened in 2017, the service focuses on promoting independence and community involvement while providing personalised support to each resident. The 3e Lansdowne Road site has seven modern flats, with a mix of shared and single-occupancy units. Staff work with tenants to foster community connections and personal growth, with flexible support tailored to individual needs. The 3c Lansdowne Road site has three single flats dedicated to helping young adults transition to independent living, with staff providing guidance on life skills like cooking, budgeting, and maintaining a tenancy.

St. Anne's is known for its welcoming, homely environment, where residents are treated with respect and dignity. The dedicated staff create a supportive atmosphere, often going the extra mile to ensure positive outcomes for the tenants.
