Job Role: Female Senior Support Worker
Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 Hours per week
Shift Patterns: Earlies: 7am-3pm & Lates: 1.30pm-9.30pm - Must be flexible to work both shift patterns and weekends.
Rota: 4 week rolling rota- one full weekend off (3 days), one full weekend on duty and the other two weekends are either the Saturday or Sunday off.

About the Service:
St. Raphael's Home is a warm and supportive residence for 21 people with learning disabilities. We offer two buildings: St. Raphael's with eight en-suite rooms and Fatima House with 13 single bedrooms. Both provide personal care, with St. Raphael's offering overnight support and Fatima House offering round-the-clock care with a higher staff-to-resident ratio.
Our Residents enjoy our large sensory garden, activity room, and a variety of in-house activities, from arts and crafts to aromatherapy. Our person-centered approach means each resident gets individualised care plans, ensuring comfort, safety, and independence. Plus, with our open visit policy, family and friends are always welcome.
