Job Role: Female Senior Care & Support Worker  
Pay Rate:  £12.73 per hour
Location:  St Raphaels, The Butts, Brentford TW8 8BQ
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts:

• Long Days - 7am-9:30pm 
• Early’s - 7am-3pm
• Lates - 1:30pm- 9:30pm

About the role:

• Support individuals with Learning Disabilities
• Encourage the people we support to reach their full potential, getting them out and about, involved in activities in and out the home. Looking for people to be creative and resourceful, being able to think outside the box.
• Maintain an environment that is appropriate to the needs of our service users; - including personal care. 
• Administering medication, 
• Acting as a mentor to more junior member of staff 
• Carrying out assessments

About you:

• Experience within a similar environment is essential 
• NVQ Level 2 and willingness to work towards Level 3 is essential.
• Have a high standard of both written and spoken communication
• Hold a good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook

About the service:

St. Raphaels Home offers accommodation, support, and care to 21 people with learning disabilities. The accommodation is provided between two buildings located adjacent to each other. The original St. Raphaels building comprises eight en-suite bedrooms, with staff support for personal care throughout the day, and a member of staff sleeping-in at night. It is fitted with a lift, so the rooms are accessible to all.
