About Us:

Our services have a rich history. We've continued to evolve, modernising our offerings to meet the changing needs and preferences of those we support. Some of our services are housed in brand new facilities, reflecting our commitment to innovation and understanding the unique aspirations of individuals. About Sefton Supported Living:
Sefton Supported Living offers a supported living service for people with learning disabilities, giving them the choice, control, and freedom to live as they choose. We have a modern bungalow in Southport that houses five tenants, with a large enclosed garden and beautiful decor. Our supported living approach provides guidance and care to help residents build daily living skills and pursue their goals. It doesn't mean doing everything for them, but instead supporting them to have control over the assistance and equipment they need to live independently. We also facilitate access to transport, health, education, and training opportunities. Residents are encouraged to engage in various leisure activities within their community. We partner with local groups, organise events, and help residents and their families plan their own activities. Our commitment to quality has earned us a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We believe in a person-centered approach, where residents play an active role in shaping their services. This includes decisions on meal planning, home decor, staff recruitment, and more. Tenants meetings and other feedback mechanisms ensure that everyone has a say in how things are run.
