Job Role: Activity Worker   

Hours: 30 hours per week- Monday- Friday- No weekends!

Pay Rate: £10.95 per hour

Location: Fernley Resource Centre, Blundell Ave, Freshfield, L37 1PH

About the service:

Fernley Resource Centre provides a unique and specialised day support service for adults with learning disabilities, people who have complex and multiple disabilities and associated health care needs. The Resource Centre has been purposefully designed to be vibrant, fun and stimulating for the people we support and is located within the beautiful surroundings of the pinewoods.

About you:

Previous experience is not essential. We only require you to be passionate about supporting others. We’ll provide you all the outstanding training and tools that you need; all we ask is a willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm to encourage others to live their lives to the full. The post holders will be involved in leisure and recreational activities, assisting people to eat and drink and supporting people with their personal care.
