What skills do I need?
  • You will be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) and have active and up-to-date registration.
  • Elderly experience is useful, doesn't have to be nursing home specifically as sector wide skills are transferable.
  • Confident lone working, confidence in managing a nursing home, leadership skills, valid PIN, meds competencies, clinical skills, VOED, PEG feeding, catheterisation, not necessarily bloods, first aid, care plan writing, incident forms, documentation
  • Cant be newly qualified need experienced as nature of the home and demands
