Job Title: Estate Operative

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours

Salary: £23,000

The Role

As a valued member of our team, Real Estate Operatives will offer an excellent level of customer service – be respectful, positive, polite, on time and listen to the needs of residents. Real Estate Operatives do more than a job. They will have experience of working in a front-line role with ability to respond to customer requests and resolve issues professionally to a satisfactory conclusion.

  • You will be responsible for supporting landscape and maintenance of the estate
  • Deal with tenant enquires
  • Meeting suppliers and undertaking regular risk assessments on site
  • Undertake cleaning and maintenance works when specifically allocated, that may include minor repairs, decorating, hoovering, dusting, and liaising with suppliers, picking up keys from tenants
  • Liaising with the real estate team daily
