The Role
You will need a full clean driving licence.
Experience and knowledge of residential or commercial building maintenance. A good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
We are looking for a Caretaker who is willing to give 100% and go the extra mile to ensure excellence in all areas.
As a Caretaker you will be responsible for the cleanliness and safety at Ralph Perring Court. Maintaining accurate records and cleaning schedules.
To lead a small team of staff to provide an on-site caretaking service, ensuring the premises are clean, tidy and free from hazards
To clean bin areas and ensure waste is collected.
As part of the role a Caretaker will complete health & safety inspections, fire alarm tests and carry out emergency duties such as shovelling snow or gritting pavements to maintain a safe environment for residents.
Identify and report repairs to the Operations Department
To prepare rooms for events and meetings.
To drive the resident mini bus and maintain accurate transport records.
