Morden College is a charity dedicated to provide care and accommodation to older people who are in need of a home for life. We are a strong community, committed to enrich older people’s lives and enable them to have the highest quality of life, for the rest of their lives.

The Role

We are looking for Care Workers No Experience Required to provide care that is person centred and based on the needs and wishes of our care home residents.

We have a variety of fixed, part-time hours (18 and 24) and full-time hours (36) available. In your application, please specify which vacancy you would like to apply for.

As a Care Worker you will be respectful, understand the importance of life history, be able to establish meaningful connections and to positively influence the lives of our residents by providing care that is compassionate and kind.

  • You will be supportive of others, positive, approachable, and creative.
  • Ensures that care and support take into account a person’s whole life, including physical, mental, cultural, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Actively contributes to discussion about care and values to improve performance, using appropriate feedback.
  • Supports colleagues, people who use services, their families and carers to deliver high quality care and support.
