We're looking for exceptional Graduates to join us this October 2024 for a unique and exciting opportunity.  As a part of our successful Operational Graduate Scheme, you will gain experience within all areas of our Group including Landscaping and Building Products, Aggregates (Marine and Land based), Planning, Health & Safety, Sustainability and Ready-Mixed Concrete.

You will have the opportunity to rotate across different locations and work in all of our business units, experiencing a variety of projects and job roles in all functions. This will help you develop the skills and knowledge required to become a rounded professional and a key future leader in our Group. There is scope for you to attain operational qualifications that are required to keep our sites moving and for a professional certificate in Project Management.

You will be sponsored by a senior Business Leader and will be supported by a coaching programme. This ‘hands on’ opportunity means that you can really make your mark in our company.

You will be based initially at one of our head offices in either Kent, East Anglia or the Midlands. This will ensure that you gain a full 360 degree understanding of our dynamic manufacturing and construction materials group.

About you

You will have:

  • A degree in Business/Geology/Maths/Geography/Science/Engineering or similar subject grade 2:1 or above
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence
  • An enthusiasm to learn, contribute and innovate
  • The flexibility to manage a varied, hands-on role
  • An ability to get on with people and communicate effectively
  • A desire to succeed and become a future leader in our business
