Graduate Development Programme - Technical

We're looking for an exceptional Graduate to join us this September 2023 for a unique and exciting opportunity. As a part of our Graduate Development Programme in our Technical department, you will gain experience within various areas of our Group including Landscaping and Building Products, Aggregates (Marine and Land based) and Ready-Mixed Concrete.

Within this role you will assist in the smooth running of the technical department, including sales office and production functions.  You will learn whilst gaining experience and expertise in all aspects of the technical function including concrete and screed testing with a view to progressing into a leadership role in the future. Our aim is to support you by giving you the tools, training, and experiences to help develop your career with us.

You will be sponsored by a senior Business Leader and will receive further coaching and support from our Graduate Coordinator. This fully supported ‘hands on’ opportunity means that you can really make your mark in our Group.

You will be based in the Kent and will be expected to travel to other locations in England. This will ensure that you gain a full 360 degree understanding of our dynamic manufacturing and construction materials group.

What we’re looking for in you:

• An ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
• Ambition, and desire to succeed and become a future leader in our business.
• 2:2 or above degree qualification (achieved or expected) in either Construction, Geology or S.T.E.M related subject.
• UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
