Teaching and Learning Practitioner

Location: Park House School, Wandsworth, SW18 2SL
Salary: £21,000 - £22,405 after 12 months
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week, Monday to Friday) – Term-time only (39 weeks per year)

What You’ll Do:

  • Support pupils in small groups and 1:1 learning environments
  • Deliver structured and engaging teaching underpinned by Behaviour Analysis
  • Help pupils develop communication, social, and independent living skills
  • Be part of a passionate, dynamic, and supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion, energy, and dedication to supporting autistic children
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Resilience and adaptability to meet challenges head-on
  • Experience in special needs, education, or care (preferred, but not essential)
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
  • IT literacy to record and update progress
