Pay Rate: £14.75 per hour
Hours: Full Time –, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (Alternate Weekends)

To apply for this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a care environment, with at least 1 year in a Senior/Team Leader position.
  • minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Autograph Care Group does not offer sponsorship or work visas. Proof of Right to Work will be required at the interview stage.

Welcome to the inviting haven of Stoneswood Retirement Living Home! Nestled in the idyllic village of Delph, Saddleworth. This privately owned development is meticulously crafted to cater to the comfort and wellbeing of our residents. With 45 beds, many featuring wet rooms or en-suite facilities, and showcasing sweeping hills of the countryside, our residence offers a tranquil escape. Featuring multiple lounges, dining areas, and abundant spaces for relaxation and socialisation, Stoneswood exudes a warm and homely atmosphere.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team during your shift, ensuring quality care.
  • Manage medication administration and coordinate handovers.
  • Delegate tasks and provide support to the team.
  • Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
