Job Title: Care Home Administrator

Pay Rate: £26,000 per year

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week.

Shift Patterns: 9am-5pm - Monday-Friday

Located centrally in Lincoln, Monson Retirement Home combines the tranquillity of retirement living with the convenience of city life. Providing a warm, family-like atmosphere where currently 36 individuals call home. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalised care, with a focus on dementia and residential support. We also offer short-term respite and rehabilitation services, ensuring a comprehensive care experience. With a diverse array of activities and facilities, life at Monson is about more than just care – it’s about enjoyment, engagement, and exploration. About the role:

As a Care Home Administrator, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality customer service - this pivotal role involves:

  • Administration support and maintaining records
  • Maintaining records and keeping them up to date
  • Supporting the home management with a full range of admin activities to assist in the smooth running of the home
  • Welcome and assist visitors, residents, and employees with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional admin service in person and over the phone, addressing queries or directing them to the appropriate person.

About you:

In order to be considered as a Care Home administrator with us, you will need:

  • To embody our values of teamwork, care, integrity, and respect.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience within an admin role
  • Strong understanding of payroll and time sheets. 
  • Experience within a care administration role desirable
  • Strong IT and organisation Skills
