Job Title: Care Assistant – Days

Location: Monson, 9,11 Monson St, Lincoln, LN5 7RZ

Pay Rate: Starting at £11.50 per hour, £11.70 upon passing probation

Hours: 33 hours per week

Shift Patterns: 7am-7pm

Providing a warm, family-like atmosphere where currently 36 individuals call home. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalised care, with a focus on dementia and residential support. We also offer short-term respite and rehabilitation services, ensuring a comprehensive care experience. With a diverse array of activities and facilities, life at Monson is about more than just care – it’s about enjoyment, engagement, and exploration. From the lively Pub to the immersive Cinema, the charming Café, our on-site Hair Salon and Beauty Room, and even a Crafts Conservatory and Emporium – every day is an opportunity for something new!

About the role:

As a Care Assistant, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality care and support - this pivotal role involves:

• Assisting residents in their daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
• Supporting daily activities to enhance well-being, promote choice, foster independence, and uphold dignity.
• Offering encouragement and companionship by actively engaging with residents.
