Job Title: Health Care Assistant 

Pay Rates: £11.95 per hour.

Location: Grace House Care Home, London, N12 8EU

Hours: 35 Hours per week, including alternative weekends

Shifts: 8am – 3pm or 3pm – 10pm

Grace House Care Home is full of passionate care assistants and were looking for a caring and passionate individual to join our team. We provide high quality care services for our residents to make them feel at home by maintaining a close relationship with the local church and communities to ensure there is an active Christian spirit within the home for our residents.

No experience as a Care Assistant? Don't worry, we provide training to give you all the skills you need to be successful in your role!

What are the duties?

• As a Care Assistant, you will promote wellbeing and enhance the lives of our residents by keeping them safe.
• By joining us as a Care Assistant, you will deliver personalised care tailored to each individual.
• Care Assistants provide emotional support for our residents and residents’ family members.
• Our Care Assistants strive for excellence in all they do.
• Promoting independence, offering choice, and caring with respect is at the heart of all our Care Assistants!
• Complete personal care, including toileting, bathing, showering, catheter/stoma care, bed changing and more dependant on the needs of the service user, whilst always maintaining their dignity.
